Collecting blood is a simple process, but ensuring that information on each blood bag can be identified and traced before a patient receives a transfusion is a demanding challenge. The blood transfusion bag label contains a lot of important information, such as the manufacturer's name and contact information, as well as all the identity information of the blood donor, such as: blood type, shelf life, barcode, laboratory tests, etc.

 

This sensitive information needs to be protected with high quality and durable printed labels. Various blood processing processes (such as centrifugation), autoclave sterilization (100 to 140°C / 212 to 284°F) and different storage stages (up to -50°C/-58°F) and transport are all High resistance inks are required to match label printing.
